BEING KNOWN and designated as Lot numbered Eighteen (18) in Section "A" of Playtime Poconos on the map or plan abovementioned. Schaeffer and Marianne Rizzuto, formerly know as Marianne Magee, as Executrix, each to a ½ undivided interest by the Excerpts from Adjudication of the Last Will and Testament of Edison M.
